Served as the liaison between the organization and community, ensuring the delivery of accurate, concise content on specific events and programs.
Organized vendor contact information and budgets into Excel spreadsheets for easy accessed when needed.
Cultivated professional relationships with 40 local restaurants in order to secure food donations for artists during the festival in addition to developing open communication channels with local retailers to secure day passes for visiting musicians.
Recruited, trained, and supervised volunteers for Musician Village Café, providing continual support to ensure the achievement of organizational goals.
Formulated, promoted, and operated the Scavenger Hunt Mobile application table during festival week, significantly increasing number of participants over previous year.
