Customer Experience and Usability Research
-Manage the ongoing collection, analysis and presentation of data-driven customer satisfaction metrics using Foresee
-Managed the multi-platform implementation of Foresee onto Allrecipes
-Manage and conduct usability on mobile, desktop and apps new and existing features

Food Trend and Brand Research
-Partner with Brand and PR to deliver new and interesting food trends research for industry publications
- Conduct competitive brand analyses including primary research (survey, usability, focus groups) and secondary research (Comscore, eMarketer, industry publications)
-Report monthly on Allrecipes' ranking within the Lifestyle Food category (Comscore)

Advertiser Research
-Deliver advertiser Vizu brand awareness/effectiveness studies.
-Utilize secondary data to inform advertising sales RFPs

What do you guys think about all the articles in the press slamming Millennials? Are they .... fair/unjust/incorrect.... maybe true? Would love to hear perspectives from both Millennials (18-34 year olds) and older generations.

Here at WMW, we are sick and tired of hearing the negative press around Millennials.  "Research based" articles with headlines like....
