Work directly with customers and prospects thru presentations, demos, and training seminars. I work extensively with them to help them streamline their process to maximize their use of the SaaS products such as Watson Analytics and Cognos Analytics. I consistently work with all levels of a company’s infrastructure. Develops plans for customers that outline their critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, and provides recommendations. Prioritizes and drives for resolution on escalated customer issues, and provides assurance and oversight to implementing customers regarding SaaS implementations. Monitors and facilitates the customer’s adoption of the Workday solution while providing Workday teams with an understanding of customer’s overall business needs as they relate to IBM products. Acts as a liaison between product management and the customer and able to effectively communicate the product roadmaps and show customers how this can become a competitive advantage.
