In the coordination team I liaise with customers over the telephone, via email and through site visits. Advising engineers and other departments of their workloads and communicate to ensure all parties understand their schedules. Dealing with customer and engineers' queries, delivering a first class customer experience Also I carry out general administrative tasks:
Providing quotes, order parts and maintain an inventory based on demand and after consultation with engineers. Another aspect of the role is to coordinate and track the purchase of parts.
Arranging for the installations, maintenance and repair of equipment, carry out routine maintenance. Ensure the renewal of maintenance contracts, whilst logging all information, raising invoices and purchase orders
