After TMR was acquired by IMT I was shifted from a Systems Administration role to Lead Systems Support Analyst where I was later promoted to Systems Support Analyst II. Since being with IMT I have preformed duties as Helpdesk Analyst, QA Analyst, and Systems Administrator with a focus in IIS and SQL server administration for all pre production environments.
Key point of contact for IT during company / systems merger, including move of production hardware to new data center.
Evaluated and improved network security through routine firewall audits, maintenance, and penetration testing.
Analyzed and documented network topology for troubleshooting, bottlenecks, points of failure, and enhancements.
Developed scripts to automate weekly restore database restores of pre production environments.
Assisted with team project to bring in 50 Mbps Time Warner Business class fiber and transfer networks.
Designed SharePoint portal for bug tracking, release request submission, and release documentation.
Scripted mass deployment of app offline configuration for multi code releases.
Helped developed automated code builds through Powershell and Team Foundation Services.

Key contact for relations between IMT and TMR personnel during acquisition of The Mailroom Inc.
Implemented workstation imaging and deployment solution using Microsoft Deployment Services leading to a successful deployment of 90 workstations within a six month time frame.
