I would summarize myself as a hardworking individual. I'm goal- oriented and strive for excellence while pursing my goals. I would describe myself as a leader. Although a simple job, this tournament has provided me with innumerable memories. I played basketball in high school and can remember playing in JQH Arena. Now that I'm an employee, it is a great way to see my highschool friends, administrators, and officials. I always enjoy talking to my old coaches and referees and seeing what they are up to! It is also a neat experience to talk with people who randomly remember me from my playing days. The event is definitely just as social as it is athletic. Lastly, the tournament is the highschool equivalent of March Madness in southwest Missouri (The Ozarks). Davids play Goliaths and win! For someone who grew up watching, playing, and living basketball, its a fantastic way to close out the year!

Perimeter Global Logistics (PGL)

Domestic Operations Specialist

By a coincidence of fate, I found myself in the transportation/logistics industry. Unbeknownst to me prior, the last 4 Hinch men have all been in the transportation industry. However, within the industry itself, it provides me an opportunity to grasp both national and international trade and how things get to places. I will begin my tenure in logistics by tracking and tracing domestic shipments while learning to eventually track internationally. This will give me invaluable insight into the effect of trading political policy, into the workforce in general, and into international trade itself. This is a stepping stone to getting to realize my dream of traveling around the world while I'm still a young man!
