Sales Operations Coordinator - Quebec
Huntington Beach, CA

The result so far has been a string of seemingly unrelated decisions that, when taken as a whole, form a straight path towards my deepest goals and dreams. "You have power over your mind - not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength." -Marcus Aurelius
International aspects of business, particularly business operations and strategy. When I'm not furthering my career or working, I love to travel, read, run, hike, bake, cook, dance, go someplace new, try something new, learn something new, and hang out with friends.
Working as a director or consultant for a global brand or company. I would love to work for L'Oreal or BCG someday! My ideal job would also give me the flexibility to to travel and learn, which to me would eventually mean the ability to work remotely, even if only for a few weeks at a time.

In exchange for living in France with room and board and receiving a small stipend, I watch a French family's children while the parents are working and generally participate in family life. I also participate in cultural and language exchange between France and the US with my host family.
Barnes & Noble
Bookseller and Nookseller
October 2011 — August 2013
I worked as a store associate for the book retail giant Barnes & Noble. I assisted customers with whatever needs and desires they had. I worked at the information desk helping customers find books, at the cash register helping customers purchase items, and at the Nook desk selling B&N's tablet reader devices and troubleshooting said devices. I provided excellent customer service and became a part of a wonderful family of coworkers during my stay.
