This allows managemet the ability to see how each sales department is peforming, and make adjustments accordingly
Handel the Xtream service customer retention program sending out over 1000 emails per month. Plus printing leads for the dealership sales calls. Run special retention programs per Managemt request.
call all prior day missed appointments to attept to reskedual.
Make over two Hundre CSI calls per month to keep the dealership above the National average.
Call worh deal statis jackets to try and put a deal together.
Handle incomming sales and special program calls in an attempt to set appointments.
