I Currently Install/Remove Automotive Glass. Windshields, Back Glass, Door Glass, Quarter Glass, Vent Glass, Etc. I Also Repair Automotive Glass. I Am Able To Fix Scratches, Chips, And Prevent Cracks From Getting Larger Than Repairable Size. I Work With Most Of The Car Dealerships In The Tulsa Area. Ranging From The Top Chevrolet And Ford Car Dealerships To The Smaller "Buy Here Pay Here" Dealerships. Jackie Cooper Imports Is One Of My Most Prestige Accounts. The Service And Sales Department Have Several High End Vehicles For Me To Work On Each Day. Mercedes, Porsche, Masarati, Lexus, And BMW Are Just Some Of The Vehicle Line-Up. The Dealerships Trust That I Perform A Fault Free Job Each And Every Time. Start To Finish I Have To Stay Focused And Perform My Job To The Best Of My Ability. The Smallest Mistake Can Become The Biggest Headache. I Have To Make Sure That Not Only Is The Dealership Happy With My Services, But Also The Customers Have To Be Happy. I Understand That If The Customer Is Not Satisfied, The Dealership Will Be Notified And Therefore It Creates A Problem. The Dealership Also Trusts That I Show Up When They "Need" Me. No Questions Asked. Everything Works On A Proper Schedule. If I Do Not Show Up Or Do Not Notify Them That I Am Going To Be Late It Will Create The Feeling I Am Not Reliable. That Is Not Acceptable. They Have The Choice To Use Any Of The Many Companies In The Tulsa Area, But They Choose Me. They Know I Do An Excellent Job Each Time. I Am Reliable. I Back Up My Work With A Warranty. Overall I Am Someone They Can Count On To Do The Job Right. The First Time. I Create A Relationship With Each Of My Accounts. Each One Is Different. I Came To Understand That Everyone Is Different And Can't Be Treated The Same, But All Get The Same Quality Of Service.

I Also Deal With A Great Number Of Auto Body Shops Across The Tulsa Area. I Have Several Jobs To Perform With Each Shop. I Am Able To Remove Glass From The Vehicles Without Breaking Or Causing Damage To The Glass So It Is Able To Be Installed Back Into The Vehicle After Repairs Are Done. I Have To Pay Attention To Each Vehicle I Work On, Making Sure I Do Not Scratch Paint Or Cut Interiors.

I Work With A lot Of Different Tools As Well. I Have To Understand The Use Of Each Tool. Knowing How Each One Works And It's Ability To Perform Is A Must. I Have Several Knives And Powertools I Use Daily. Safety Is A Huge Part Of My Job. Knowing The Location Of Each Tool Is Very Important. I Must Take Care Of Each Tool And Macitence Each Tool To Make Sure It's Ready For Work Each Day. The Tools Are My "Money Makers". I Am Responsible For Every Tool On My Van. I Make Sure I Have Every Tool To Perform A Job. I Maintain The Service Of My Van. My Vehicle Has To Be Able To Make It To Each Job Site. Dependability Is Something I Take Very Serious. People Count On Me. That Makes Me Very Proud Of The Job I Perform.

I Created And Built My Own Detail And Power Washing Business. I Would Haul My Industrial Power Washer From Car Dealership To Car Dealership, Resulting In Washing The Cars On The Lot. I Would Initially Fully Wash The Cars The First Time I Arrived. From Then On I Would Return Weekly Or Bi Weekly To Maintain The Clean Appearance. I Would Wash Average 250 Cars A Day. I Had Multiple Accounts. Each Day I Had A Schedule I Would Maintain. I Also Did "Full Details". Which included A Full Cleaning. Inside And Out. Engine Bay, Underneath, Wheel Wells, All Of The Vehicle Was Cleaned Spotless. I Also Power Cleaned Homes And Business. At The Residential Sites I Would Clean The Exterior Homes By Using Hot, Almost Boiling, Water To Kill Mold or Any Bacteria Growing On The Home. It Would Also Knock Off The All Dirt And Sand/Mud That May Have Built Up Over The Years. I Would Then Clean Sidewalks And Driveways. Removing Gunk And Oil Stains. I Had To Be Very Careful And Know What Tips And What Pressure To Use When Cleaning Different Surfaces. Ranging From Sheet Metal, Siding, Concrete, Etc.

I Sold New And Pre Owned Vehicles. I Worked In The New Car Department. I Excelled Very Fast After Starting As A "New Car Sales Only" Employee. I Trained Under A Assistant Sales Manager For 30 Days And Then Was On My Own. I Sold 14 Cars My First Month. It Only Got Better After That Month. Several Months I Earned The Title As Salesman Of The Month. I Was Given A Plaque And Bonus For Each Month I Out Sold The Other Salesman. Trainees And Veteran Salesman Were Included. I Was Very Excited About Selling Cars For The Simple Fact That I Got To Sell A Product I Believed In. I Was Young And Full Of Energy So I Worked Every Shift. Basically Open To Close. I Had Personal Sales Goals I Wanted To Achieve And I Did Just That. Our Dealership Had Won State Every Year I Was Employed. I Helped Create A Sales Team That Was The Best. I Had To Support My Fellow Sales Persons In Every Way. They Would Get Down About Not Selling A Car And I Would Have To Encourage Them To Keep Their Head Up. We Reached #13 In The Nation After My 2nd Year. My Job Was To Sell As Many Cars As I Could But Also Help My Department Meet Their Goals. It Was A Commission Only Job So I Had To Be Motivated And Dedicated. I Created Long Term Relationships With A Great Number Of My Customers. Buying A Car Is One Of The Biggest Purchases You Will Make In Your Life, So You HAVE To Build Trust And Let Your Customers Know You Will Be There For Them Every Step Of The Way. Customers Came To Me Not Only To Purchase A Car, But Also For Help. I Had To Provide Information On "How To" Purchase A Car. There Are Several Ways And Options When It Comes To Buying A Car So I Needed To Educate Them On Every Possible Way. Overall I Enjoyed Working For The Dealership. I Learned A lot Of Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, And Problem Solving Skills That I Use Everyday.
