•Managing over 2,400 employees working across the country for all their administrative, remunerative and disciplinary purposes and exercise the ultimate direction and control over them whether it relates to hiring, confirmations, services extensions, transfer, performance appraisals, promotion & resignation, retirement or termination.
•Manage recruitment advertisement, pre screening, selection, recruitment, testing and outplacement. Interviewing and short listing of candidates all over the country to find best potential.
•Manage all kind of employee verifications which include but not restricted to educational document verification, reference verification, background verification to ensure safe hiring all the time.
•Responsible for the compliance of employees’ documents/personal files.
•Provide people/culture orientation to help employee adjustment for different projects.
•Management of employee Health Care & Group Life benefits & observance of all statutory requirements such as Social Security in all provinces like Sindh (SESSI), Punjab (PESSI) and NWFP (ESSI) and EOB etc.
•Employee grievance management, dispute management, disciplinary action. Responsible for the formation of disciplinary committee to conduct inquiry. Settling employee issues amicably keeping in view the best interest of all stakeholders.
•Keep the policies/standard procedures updated all the time with the changes to make sure everything is handled under the policy/standard procedure & avoid deviation from SOP.
•Ensure 100% compliance to the company policies & procedures.
