• Reviews, prepares and maintains financial documents for our property by operating Opera, (CVPS) Computerized Valet Parking System and (ODMS) Online Data Management System

• Reconciles and manages funds across numerous accounts. Entering claims, investigate claims, resolve/problem solving and follow up with customers. Provide prompt and resourceful information to customers

• Resolves discrepancies and answers questions regarding invoicing by providing answers, instructions and documentation

• Provides support and assistance to the Director of parking, financial manager and other staff in preparation of financial information, daily and monthly reports

• Makes monetary and check deposits as required (scans deposit slips into ODMS Online Data Management System)

• Manages operating strategies of designated ticketing locations in accordance with profit goals, legal guidelines

• Trains and develop Asst. Lead and Host level employees, evaluation and documenting performance on an on-going basis, recognizing successes and developing performance plans when necessary

• Partners with department Duty Manager to maintain appropriate staffing levels in accordance with business needs, enforce all staffing and attendance polices, and maintain staff employment documentation as it pertains to the ticketing areas

• Provides Hosts and Asst. Leads with necessary information, tools and feedback to effectively perform their job duties

• Assists in implementing and monitoring all parking tickets/sticker inventory and asset inventory, controlling labor budget for all seasonal/ part time staff, and controlling expenses

• Monitors and controls all cash mishandling issues with staff accordingly

• Collaborates with all parking departments about daily operating schedules and issues with daily operations

• Ensures that all staff is continually and consistently trained on all procedures needed to operate the property and assist all cashiers with register and ticketing errors
