 Assist with training of the new hire regarding various task such as email traffic research, use of the LMP module process, CRSP receiving, AWRDS pulls, MRO process, plant to plant movements, plan to plan movements, and processing 1348s, etc.
 Creating queries using (SQL) Structured Query Language on a daily basis for research on serial no, niin, elid, location, etc. for purposes of providing information as a resource center in regards of research, troubleshooting, and resolving data discrepancies within AWRDS while providing data integrity.
 Maintain data integrity, while simultaneously ensuring multi-functional procedures at a high level of customer service to our client
 Create queries to establish shipment and updates of equipment in AWRDS with correct quantities, condition codes, document numbers, serial numbers, etc.
 Process data into the LMP module: integrates with LMP to maintain accountability and asset visibility through AWRDS and LMP databases.
 Perform all AWRDS data entry in relation to inventory updates to include CRSP receiving equipment from plan to plan
 Request disposition instructions on Military equipment
 Create MROs (Material Release Order) and process records of wholesale assets in AWRDS based on 1348’s on receipt of incoming records
 Update records in AWRDS based on documents received ( 1348s and IARs)
 Provide data reports to ITT work centers upon request
 Use AWRDS query module to obtain information and resolve problems
 MRPAT (Mobile Retrograde Property Assessment Team).: Processing wholesale equipment, received by the WRO (Wholesale Responsible Officer), into AWRDS and LMP Distribution in order to relieve the Turn-in Unit of accountability of retail stock equipment.
 Operates accounting and visibility programs such as LMP, AWRDS, and the TPE Planner (LIW/TRAM) at the MRPAT locations
 Supports the RESET/Retrograde mission throughout Kuwait.
