As the Marketing Director of the Western U.S., my primary goal is to drive revenue growth through the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies. My areas of focus include inbound marketing, lead generation, pipeline acceleration and client retention programs. In this role, I report to the Western Region President of Employee Benefits and directly oversee a team of 5 as well as external agencies.
