I aim to enhance all our customer-facing touchpoint. May it be the interface of the software or the services we provide, all should strive to serve our customers need beyond anything else.
To ensure the customers voice is heard and their feedback is implemented into our product, I plan, manage and conduct a variety of qualitative and quantitate user/customer research. I work closely with more or less all departments to make sure we stay on the right track.
Basically I serve as the customers voice and I do my best not to whisper but to yell out loud.
