Reporting to the head of marketing, Tammy is responsible for translating the creative brand vision and voice across all consumer touch points and multiple teams to further establish Rebecca Minkoff as an innovator in the fashion industry. She aligns and manages the creative marketing team in content creation and execution to produce a single, unified brand point of view across all channels of distribution: online, mobile, retail, social, advertising, PR and traditional media.
She partners with internal and external leadership to drive innovation in customer acquisition, engagement and retention for the global omni channel strategy. As senior editorial director she built and leads the team that oversees editorial direction, social media, content development, merchandising and creative production.
