Provide clerical support to managers within the departments. Provide clerical support consisting of gathering information for reports, typing letters, preparing training packages. photocopy and fax necessary documentation to customers, branches, or vendors. Input data into Valley's Loan Origination System. Establish and maintain record keeping and filing system. Review documentation received from the branches or customers and update the LOS ( Loan Origination System)
Assist with telephone call answering, tracking and screening to ensure excellent customer service. Ensure completion of forms and documents. Comply with all regulations pertaining to BSA, USA PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC. Complete annual
BSA training. Report suspicions of criminal activity. Assist in the preparation of reports. Perform other general office duties as required.
