As a Brand Specialist I responsible for providing product marketing reports and proposals:
- sales histories and forecasts,
- segment share and channel mix calculations,
- pricing reports
for national sales companies, especially for Norway, Sweden and Poland.
Develope the workflow procedures of the newly established marketing service department of the Central and Eastern European Headquarters. Train and troubleshoot the newly implemented processes. Identify improvement possibilities.
