Communicates daily issues effectively to both the operations team and the account services team.
Moderates daily production meetings with the operations team and the account services team.
Utilizes high level knowledge of Manhattan WMS (PkMS), Showcase and Access to produce reports that analyze, finds solutions, and provide answers to day-to-day operations issues.
Develops and maintains queries using Showcase Strategy and Microsoft Access that are to be used as reporting tools within the organization.
Monitors the forecast report in regards to sales per fiscal month/year.
Tracks customer order movement from the point of order confirmation to the process of shipping/invoicing.
Analyzes, communicates, and resolves customer service and operations issues affecting customer orders.
Monitors possible inconveniences that may exist that would prevent customer orders from being processed.
Creates and maintains allocation rules as business needs change.
Makes high level decisions on the proper shipping requirements of different customers on a daily basis with the goal of preventing customer charge backs.
Works with other teams to execute new warehouse initiatives to maximize efficiency.
Prepares standard operation procedures (SOPs) to document processes that are utilized within the organization. Measures the efficiency on how the processes affect other areas within the supply chain. Focuses on how the processes can possibly be improved. Once the new processes have been introduced, determines whether or not the process has been effective using KPI tools.
