As a leasing manager, I am responsible for coordinating, managing, and providing on-site sales and leasing, as well as training housing consultants in tour guidelines, phone shops, and e-mail follow up standards. I coordinate, manage and provide on-site training regarding prospect follow up processes, customer service and communication standards, branding and marketing standards, and excellent resident services. I also coordinate and manage leasing processes including prospect management, application processing, housing agreement fulfillment including addendums, delegations, mutual terminations, room assignments and general lease paperwork. I create, implement, and measure the success of comprehensive leasing and sales programs that ensure a successful annual lease-up portfolio. I take part in developing short and long term marketing and resident renewal plans and budgets. I also create short and long term leasing objectives for each staff member, and assure adherence to policies and evaluate performances. I report traffic and leasing figures daily, as well as any other leasing benchmarks requested.
