Project Manager, Library Coordinator and Purchasing Assistant

Project Manager for the firm's in-house copy/scan center. Oversee document production including but not limited to scanning, copying and binding. Outsourcing of projects have been reduced by 90% since 2009.

Law Library Coordinator for the firm's in-house library for Athens, Birmingham, Fairhope and Mobile locations. My duties entail coordination of on-line legal research training sessions, legal research electronically and manually; billing, purchasing, filing and reconciliation. Summer intern orientation.

Assist the administrators and coordinators in streamlining purchasing practices for vendors by providing cost analysis and overseeing reconciliation of invoices; contract negotiations to insure that the firm's specific needs are being addressed. I am also responsible for communicating with vendors to insure that they are in compliance with the firm's needs.
