I am an associate at Staples, Bradford. We consider ourselves as Trust Advisers. Our job is to provide the customer with the correct information regarding what they need.

• Cooking – Followed strict standards and guidelines to produce any food of McDonald’s.
• Cleaning and maintaining hygiene – regular inspections by supervisors, a timer set off every thirty minutes to wash hands, last but not least maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment of work.
• Serving Customers – Taking orders, helping customers place an order, communicating that order to the crewmembers’ in the kitchen and those presenting the food order to the customer.
• Providing inputs to improve hygiene and food quality.
Accomplishments: I proved my communication skills with works and learned the importance of team work and trust. I also learned how to work in a busy environment.
