As an Events Planner for the Office of Enrichment Programs, I play a leading role in providing administrative assistance and coordinating support in the planning of major academic events, special productions, and projects during KAUST’S annual seasonal series: Winter, Spring, and Fall Enrichment Programs. Our mission in the department is to inspire, engage, and broaden the student and campus community experience at KAUST with events, projects, and “talks” that exceed traditional academia. I am particularly well-versed in identifying concepts and project designs, coordinating promotional materials, and directing logistical planning with over 40 KAUST departments to ensuring the successful execution of events.
