Homepolish

Editorial and Social Media Intern

My primary duty consists of rewriting 80 designer biographies to fit the Homepolish voice- a smart, snarky, and well-cultured design expert. In addition to writing these Bios (short paragraphs including information about each designer's philosophy, favorite projects, and aesthetic), I have also rewritten stock emails for the company with the same voice.
I maintain frequent activity on Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook, and created the Homepolish Foursquare account.
I research influential interior design bloggers and public figures, and pitch ideas to connect them to a potential client base. Besides my day to day responsibilities, I have been able to help in a variety of different projects as they've arisen, including collaboration on a high profile clients' office redesign.
