Learning Consultant

As a Learning consultant I not only serve as a guide to learners through the knowledge acquisition phase of their training but act as coach and mentor during the first 9 weeks of of their role a representative on the phone.

I handle all performance management related duties including attendance management, executing on coaching plans and development plans. I utilize my coaching and counselling skills to establish an appropriate system of accountability and use empathy to support the new employee through difficult situations.

One of my roles is to effectively assess employee skills to identify a "right fit" for the organization, this keeps me in regular consultations with Human Resources, recruitment and managers to assess and identify issues and trends within the new team including individual KPI's and production scorecards.
