Started off showing and leasing apartments,preparing leases,and move in paper work. Daily answering calls on work orders and scheduling appointments to view property. Collecting rents and renewals from present tenants. Then overseen ordering and inventory of supplies. Daily meeting and scheduling the maintenance team, and cleaning women for the day. Doing move out and eviction. Collection of rent checks and processing them into data bass. Banking deposits. Reporting to owner of the property.
