I served as a Module Leader. I design solutions for various enhancement requests and to solve various problem tickets. I perform in depth requirement analysis for Major projects. I build algorithm and clear technical specs based on the Requirement analysis and clearly communicate the same to the developers. I build end to end test cases keeping in mind all the systems involved. I facilitate and manage rigorous unit testing and UAT's. I coordinate the deployment and perform stabilization drills .I come up with the effort estimated and timelines by keeping all the mentioned points and utilizing the resource optimally basically I am actively involved in each phase of the entire SDLC.
I was involved in a lot of site setup and training programs during for IMC (Intel Mobile Communication) - Infineon merger with Intel.
The site setup included master data setup in the application for handling the new sites data that was expected to flow in. The training included communication of the business guidelines for the data that has to be transmitted between two businesses through the B2B gateways.
I have handled enhancement requests for fixing existing bugs and adding in new functionality to the existing procedures in PL/SQL. I have not extensively worked on development, as mentioned before.

Grew very rapidly and served all roles of my project. Joined as a L2 support executive. As a L2 support executive, i quickly learned all the processes in place and the technical and mental agility required to work on call, handle releases by closely coordinating with the server and database admin teams. Due to my keen understanding of how the system works functionally was promoted to handle L3 Support within a span of 8 months. My team skills and motivational factor helped to serve as a mentor for the L2 team. My keen interest on new enhancements and my techno functional solutions to all the problems and enhancements I was dealing with, landed me a lot of KTBE request. My excellent communication skills, customer focus and in depth application knowledge helped me gain the position to be the only contingent worker on Intel’s top secret project DETD. My continued focus on handling new requests across various sectors from Procurement, factory automation , order management , purchase and payments, planning and finance helped me develop a complete end to end domain knowledge and made me to lead KTBE and co-chair the CCB (Change control Board) in the span of 2 years into the project. Stopped on call activities and actively got involved in PPV and other Major Projects. Started mentoring the L3 team. Suggested a lot of value add's which was very cost beneficial for the client. Was driven to always come up with the best solutions and most effective way of implementing it.

Project Description CIBR (Corporate Inventory Business Repository) is an Operational Database that is used to manage and maintain Intel’s Inventory. All Intel Factories and Sub-contractors send the Factory transaction and snapshot (End of day picture) data through various systems like Workstream, MES, B2B (PIP) to CIBR. CIBR ODS is then loads the data by calling various parsers based on the source system and process the raw factory data and store it as useful intelligent data in the core CIBR tables.
CIBR uses this core data to provide it to various down streams like Finance, Costing, Planning, Materials SAP, Payment systems. There are various downstream extracts that run on CIBR through jobs scheduled and maintained in Autosys The end users of this data were Planners, Finance groups, Procurement and Payment tracking groups and various others involved in the supply chain management.
As L2 Support Executive:
Performed a lot of KTBR activities as part of L2 system monitoring like job monitoring, debugging job failures and restoring the system back to normal.
Used IPRO to track and close tickets
Came up with the concept of the value add that automated the process of file gap and delay monitoring.
Monitored and kept the all working environments in a healthy state by coordinating Database environment refresh with the DBA.
Handled Site(Factory) Downtimes and made sure limited or no impact once the site comes back online
Involved in the process of New Site setups right from the initial phase until the Go-Live of the sites
As L3 Support executive and Developer:
Handled User queries regarding the data and business logics applied and the extracts delivered to the down streams
Interacted with the client to gather requirements for new functionalities or existing bug fixes.
Developed, tested, implemented and maintained the change until the PS team was communicated and comfortable handling queries regarding the change.
Handled major project right from the requirement gathering, design and impact analysis, development, Unit and Functional Testing and end to end User Acceptance Testing. Mentioned below are some of the major projects.

Mentored the L3 and L2 team as I had a good system knowledge of both L2 and L3.
Involved in handling the system changes required by assessing the impact whenever a new process like Intel factory’s location route changes, pull back logic changes, etc., took place.
I was part of coming up with all the solutions required for any changes that was needed to be done and build a design and do the impact analysis, develop test cases and pass it on for development

From April to July 2012 I worked in DETD: Intel’s Site A52 which had a totally new way of processing the wafers

Safety Risk Management (SRM)

Project Description : SRM supports Roche pharmas drug safety division. We basically work on the application called "ARIS Suite". It's one of the leading pharmaceutical applications which manages patient information and cases. It acts as a liaison between the pharmaceutical company and the health authorities.
My main responsibility in this project is to support ARISg application and its users. I handle a lot of tickets which range from simple queries to complex cases analysis.
My other responsibility in this account was to handle the information security for the entire account. This role was a crucial and important role. I had to create monthly status reports which included details from the resourcing breakup to the latest patch updates on the systems. As part of this role I have setup an entire ODC ( offshore development centre) right from the asset allocation to building the addendum and SOE's required for the system setup.
