Social Media Manager

Digital Marketing: I’m responsible for brand and influencer partnerships across our social channels. I’ve partnered digitally with Modcloth, Wanelo, Lyft, Klout, Stitchfix, Toms, Lifefactory, KIND, Method, SOMA, Senda, Justin’s Nut Butters, and Suja Juice. I lead blogger and influencer outreach with goals to increase awareness and fan acquisition.
Social Media Management and Strategy: I execute and manage social media strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, conversion, and advocacy across our social platforms. I manage a social calendar of campaigns and content. I manage ongoing social contest and sweepstakes, which includes messaging, creative, legal coordination, and prize fulfillment. I have so far managed seven successful sweepstakes on our social platforms that have all met goals in acquisition and awareness. I manage paid media on social, which puts me in charge of media and ad budget and tracking and A/B testing of social ads. I maintain actionable reporting dashboards for social media KPIs, and drive against those metrics. I grew our Instagram following 75% in three months, 90% by month six.
Community Management: I listen to audience feedback and utilize metrics to inform decision making for marketing initiatives. I moderate social community by responding to questions, reinforcing positive comments, and remedying negative comments. I identify opportunities to extend the brand’s voice socially, including researching content and promotional partnerships with influencers and companies.
Creative: I create graphics for social content and also work with graphic designer to plan shot lists and photo shoots for assets.
Project Management: I lead planning initiatives for new product announcements in social, as well as manage planning of events that involve digital or social participation. I attended Create + Cultivate LA as a brand sponsor where I connected with over 300 bloggers to help amplify our brand.
