Leading a team of 27 staff, I look after an operating budget of $ 12m to manage OMIFCO corporate assets and services:

o Assets include office buildings in Muscat and Sur, staff services facilities and equipment.

o Services include cleaning, landscaping, catering, waste management, medical, stationary, supply chain management, government and PR services, security services, transportation services (fleet of 40+ vehicles), travel services, event management.

• Providing high level administrative, strategic planning and operational support, research and advice to senior management on administrative support serviced mentioned.

• Successfully lead different teams in different projects such as the new industrial security system tender and implementation, renovation of company canteen, planning and execution of new recreation club.

• Effectively managing more than 15 contractors and suppliers for the support services mentioned above.
• Managing the supply chain of different support services and effectively involved on the procurement of those services.

• Developed and implemented the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and managed communication, public relations and media initiatives to ensure sound reputation and awareness of the company.

• Acted as company’s Spokesman and Media Representative.

• Acted as Secretary to the CSR Committee and taking responsibility toward all documentation, execution, follow up and reporting of every CSR Scheme approved by the committee.
