I lead, direct, and manage a team of 12 product management staff and their managers in New York, Silicon Valley, and Austin to enhance eCommerce systems at Macys.com and Bloomingdales.com. These systems bring all the content to the wesbite and get data from inventory, pricing, merchandising, and vendor systems. The systems include: product catalog, content management, imaging systems, retail planning and forecasting, and data services. They facilitate enhanced metadata on product, pricing, promotions, and customer data for all channels: macys.com, bloomingdales.com, email, mobile, search, in-store systems, partner vendors, and future omnichannel opportunities.
I am responsible for establishing and maintaining key relationships with the Buying, Planning, Merchandising, Creative, Marketing, and Analytics stakeholders and for monitoring emerging technologies. I drive joint initiatives with various teams including: Marketing & Merchandising Systems, Data Services, Production, Quality Engineering, Operations, and Macy’s Systems and Technology.
