Responsible for compiling 3000+ health reports each month, including:
• Importing results into the database and ensuring results are correct
• Exporting lab requests
• Ensuring any misnamed results are corrected and included
• Reporting on any issues to enable retraining
• Running database queries to check for errors in the data
• Performing QC on the reports
• Liaising with the printers to ensure reports are sent on time
Supporting IT Issues, including:
• Preparing and testing IT equipment for deployment all over the country
• Keeping all IT up to date with security and software releases
• Maintaining all IT equipment and repairing any software or hardware issues
Supporting Technical Issues, including:
• Testing screening equipment for deployment
• Tracking location of screening and IT equipment
• Producing technical work instructions and providing training
• Performing maintenance and repairs on equipment if need be or organising replacements
