Project Management and Development brought in to build a scheduling program designed to handle large volumes of loan closings.
Constructed a database of signing agents that would allow our company to schedule closings in-house; cutting out extra costs of using 3rd party vendors.
Designed Standard Operations Procedure for Scheduling Department to follow and learn program instructions in regards to assigning an agent to handle a closing.
Designed application and populated the database with 2000+ signing agents by contacting individually and collecting proper documentation.
Cost cutting techniques of this new scheduling process lead to overall savings of 35% in closing costs within first year of projects installation.
Trained employees to schedule closings using new process while company grew over 100% in volume over the course of first 15 months.
Developed accounting process that disburses payments to our signing agents faster then industry standards; which helped build positive company public relations on signing agent websites and blogs.
