I have worked maintenance which consisted of simple tasks such as changing garbages , filtering fried product vats as well as cleaning the equipment , unloading and organizing truck shipments and maintaining cleanliness of certain items in the restaurant . I have been a Kitchen Department Manager which consisted of doing inventory counts by working with a telzon inventory recorder and putting that information in to the computer as well as trying to efficiently control food cost in the store. As a swing manager and also as a DM my job has required me to run shifts weekly and control labor as well as ensure that food safety is being upheld. I have to document attendance incidents and sometimes conduct interviews as well as handle complaints and make sure that breaks are taken care of and minors only perform their specifies duties. I am currently certified in the serv-safe food safety program.
