I am currently the sales manager for the store I have to lead from the front and lead by example, I strive on my sales ability to make sure that the kpi's are met on a weekly basis, I sign off customer orders in order to pull in the kpi's that the sales executive has not achieved. Set weekly reviews on the previous weeks performance, live monitoring, role plays and best practise. Have had extensive training with the pine system, exceptional custom care skills. I always want to be noticed around the company for my exceptional service to the clients and having outstanding kpi results.
