Steve is a graduate of Fordham University School of Economics in New York City with a background in Energy, Aerospace, Defense and researching new products, new markets, target acquisitions and merger candidates.

Steve served active duty with the US Army Infantry, eventually transferring over to US Naval Reserves flying anti-submarine aircraft.

As a former member of the West Point Flying Club, he has also logged countless hours in various general aviation aircraft.

Before founding STS Research Group, he was Vice President-Strategic Planning, Marketing and Sales for Duncan Industries in the Boston area, a privately-held specialized metal finishing and coatings company serving the aerospace defense and energy (power, oil and gas, water markets).

Prior to that, he worked on Wall Street for American Express Financial Services, was marketing manager with American Cyanamid (a Fortune 100 chemical process technology company now part of Cytec), and Marketing Director for Polaroid Corporation in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

In 1989 he founded STS Research Group, steadily guiding the company to become an ongoing, global provider of custom market research and sales strategy projects in Energy and Aerospace for over 100 major technology clients.

Steve is a member of leading organizations including Global LNG, Power Generation and Distribution, Navy League, Hanscom Air Force Base Rep Group, Oil & Gas & Petrochemical Group, Water Technologies, and other Energy and Aerospace groups.

He is a frequent speaker at major industry events, and is often quoted in leading trade publications.

He is former Chairman of the Massachusetts Intelligent Transportation Committee, and a recipient of the Environmental Protection Agency's Coveted Appreciation Award.
