Currently involved in new working practices for Welcome Break.
The key activities, which my current role allows, are; focus group problem-solving sessions, adopting and implementing team-building methodology and communication with other members of the management team regarding all aspects of the business, actively seeking and implementing profitable sales opportunities at all times. Manage and motivate staff, recruit staff, train and develop staff, according to company policies and employment laws, and ensure relevant HR procedures are followed (appraisals, discipline, grievance, etc). Monitor, measure and report on organisational development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales. Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
