•Coordinates internal and external recruitment efforts and resourcing tactics, including the development of the advertising strategy, writing and placing employment ads with appropriate resources, resource relationship management and assisting hiring supervisor with interview process, as needed.
•Coordinates the employment paperwork process with appropriate managers and processes all new hire, change of status, and termination requests upon receipt.
•Coordinates and designs the initial benefits orientation and new employee orientation sessions
•Assists with the implementation of personnel policies and procedures and in the maintenance of the policies and procedures manual.
•Assists in the benefit administration of benefit plans, including coordination of employee enrollments, changes, and terminations in appropriate benefit plans, assuring accurate record keeping and proper deductions.
◦Prepares and/or verifies the monthly benefit premium statements
◦Coordinates benefit activities with third-party vendors (i.e. employee meetings, etc).
•Coordinates the annual performance appraisal process.
•Responsible for the reporting and tracking of work-related injuries, illnesses, and accidents, including the maintenance of accident claim files, preparation of the accident summaries report.
•Prepares and/or assists in the completion of reports and surveys, such as OSHA 300 logs, EEO-1, VETS-100, Vendor/Contractor Qualification reports, wage/salary/benefit surveys, employment verifications, bid, etc.
•Serves as a resource to company-wide personnel on human resources issues
•Coordinates and manages leave requests, assuring appropriate documentation is collected to support leave and responds to associates regarding leave and benefit utilization status.
•Serves as the ESOP Communication Committee facilitator.
•Assists with the development and coordination of annual professional development training
