- High volume, executive & technical direct placement recruiting.
- Developed and implemented uniform candidate interviewing preparation process.
- Partner with hiring managers & HR to develop recruiting strategy, interview and make final candidate selection for companies needs.
- Manage a full desk, posting, sourcing, recruiting, screening and selecting candidates against established criteria using social media, job boards, Meetup groups , job fairs and other means of recruiting using LinkedIn; CareerBuilder, Monster,, Indeed, Facebook, Twitter, Internal proprietary system to source candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct candidate phone screen and onsite interviews.
- Accurately maintain records, analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports including proper documentation of candidate & client company profiles.
- Employ multiple feedback mechanisms and analysis to continuously improve the recruiting process.


Recruiter/ Handler

- High volume, fast paced technical recruiting, focusing on open source and front-end developers including Javascript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Python, PHP, Ruby, Bootstrap, UI/ UX and other technologies.
- Managed all aspects of the employee lifecycle process, including on and off boarding of both direct placement and contract employees. Placed 21 contract employees, 2 direct placement employees.
- Source, recruit, screen and select high caliber candidates against established criteria using social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook & Github; job boards including Dice, Monster & CareerBuilder, Meetup groups, RWS (internal ATS) and other means of creative recruiting.
- Coordinate & conduct in-house interviews, schedule and prep candidate for client interviews.
Conducted reference and background checks.
- Maintain accurate documentation within requisition and candidate applications on things such as candidate searches, candidate interactions, and other recruiting activities.
- Sponsored and attended weekly Phython and PHP Meetup Group events.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and best practices related to recruitment, hiring, and employment.
