- High volume, executive & technical direct placement recruiting.
- Developed and implemented uniform candidate interviewing preparation process.
- Partner with hiring managers & HR to develop recruiting strategy, interview and make final candidate selection for companies needs.
- Manage a full desk, posting, sourcing, recruiting, screening and selecting candidates against established criteria using social media, job boards, Meetup groups , job fairs and other means of recruiting using LinkedIn; CareerBuilder, Monster, TheLadders.com, Indeed, Facebook, Twitter, Internal proprietary system to source candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct candidate phone screen and onsite interviews.
- Accurately maintain records, analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports including proper documentation of candidate & client company profiles.
- Employ multiple feedback mechanisms and analysis to continuously improve the recruiting process.
