Client Services Host

The Host is the main point-of-contact for the moderator and clients; acting as a liaison between clients and respondents. The Host ensures that client needs are met as related to the Focus Groups/Interviews.

Key Responsibilities

Hospitality & Service: Assists moderator and clients with any needs in regard to executing focus groups (includes making copies, keeping moderator updated prior to groups)
Maintaining and overseeing focus groups, including post-group clean-up.
Completion of all focus group “steps,” including assisting Caterer when necessary
Detailing client shipping information
Documenting focus group outcome on Disposition Sheet
Responsible for Audio Recording & DVD recording during sessions
Possess a working knowledge of technology in facility and able to trouble-shoot when necessary
Maintain client satisfaction for hosting and client area



Respondent Recruiter

A Recruiter’s responsibility is to call and screen potential respondents to participate in qualitative research studies and to determine the usability of a respondent to maintain quality and quotas.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit quality respondents within the criteria of assigned study.
Be aware of quotas and specs on all of your projects.
Be accurate on ALL paperwork, screeners, spreadsheets, call record sheets and time cards.
Keep Recruiting Supervisor and Project Manager updated on any problems you encounter while recruiting a study, i.e. why people are not fitting the study criteria.
Any other duties as assigned by management.​
