Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager at Pickleman's, I was required to perform all the skills of the average worker, as well as oversee the work of the employees working on my watch; to make sure everything ran smoothly. These skills included making food and drinks, stocking and organizing products and exuding exceptional costumer service skills. As a manager, I was in charge of counting down and opening the cash drawer for each open/close shift. I prepared and ordered food lists for the store. Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe prides itself on their exemplary customer service and I helped uphold that well-earned status.

Einstein Bros Bagel Company

Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager, I performed all of the tasks of the average employee, as well as my own managerial tasks. I was in charge of preparing the store for service in the morning, as well as closing everything down in the evenings. I prepared bagel orders and orders for our paper products. As this cafe was exceptionally busy in the early morning, I was required to look presentable and be prepared to handle, with ease, any stressful situations that may come with a job at a bustling cafe.
