Provided general office support to producers, designers, and president of the company.

Managed travel arrangements and liaised between the Interactive department and the rest of the Ignition company.

Managed the travel and shipping logistics for projects such as Lionsgate Touchwall for ComicCon, in which a 1500lb touchwall unit was constructed, shipped, and stored in both Santa Monica and San Diego.

Was responsible for implementing all new policies and procedures resulting from the prior merge of Ignition and Evoke. Assisted HR with training the rest of the Interactive department staff on new policies and procedures.

Assisted producers with various projects such as site testing, client management, and the management and tracking of confidential and time sensitive client and studio materials.

Responsible for selling tickets, memberships, and catalogs, as well as providing information on the current exhibit and museum services. Was involved in the planning and execution of the First Crescenta/Canada Valley Heritage Home Tour. Responsibilities included writing and designing tour program, and acquiring publicity for the tour. Also assisted the archivist with the creation of a research database. Currently training to be a tour docent at the house and will assist with the upcoming 2010 Home Tour.
