Provide regular training and supervision for the individual volunteer workforce at DWC. Also responsible for researching and implementing best practices regarding volunteer management, training, and tracking.
Educate volunteers on the history of DWC, boundaries, de-escalation, and mental illness as they pertain to the Skid Row homeless community.
Lead in the recruitment of all undergraduate interns for staff.
Represent DWC at third-party events, such as the Soroptimist Awards and
Active DOVIA-LA member and actively pursues and cultivates relationships and collaborations with outside agencies such as LAMP and Skid Row Housing Trust.
Provide human resources oversight for the individual volunteer base; responsible for managing volunteer conflicts, screening volunteers, and providing adequate followup.

Managed the travel and shipping logistics for projects such as Lionsgate Touchwall for ComicCon, in which a 1500lb touchwall unit was constructed, shipped, and stored in both Santa Monica and San Diego.
