Administrative Specialist I

•Answers and manages incoming and outgoing calls while recording accurate messages.
•Orders and distributes office supplies while adhering to a fixed office budget.
•Sorts and distributes incoming mail to the office.
•Greets numerous visitors, including legislators, vendors/patrons and interview candidates.
•Compiles company information and related material (Health Info Packets) and distributed it to patrons.
•Conducts research on information regarding a wide variety of health topics impacting minorities and writes talking points for the Ask the Doctor show and commercials.
•Manages and updates the agency’s social media pages by posting relevant content daily and any upcoming health related events sponsored by the agency.



Barista/Kids Specialist

•Operated espresso machine, blenders, commercials coffee brewers, coffee pots and other equipment.
•Made and served over 10 café beverages per day with speed, quality and consistency.
•Gained customer loyalty by remembering their favorite beverages and personal preferences.
