In this position, I was given the opportunity to work on three major research projects; which includes researching and compiling a list of all of the Children’s Hospitals and Clinics in the United States, assisting with the first phase of The Sunset Project for the Division of Medical Services and compiling a list of Arkansas’s Health Rankings.

•Assists the Health Care Innovations & PCMH Managers and Staff and schedules and sets up meetings for the unit.
•Creates Hiring Freeze requests and Job Vacancy requests for the HCI Unit.
•Assists with the screening of applicants for new hire and schedules interviews.
•Completes New Hire Packets, determines start dates and coordinates first-day orientation for new hires.
•Keys Time for the HCI/PCMH Unit (Time Sheets and Leave Requests) and acts as a liaison between the HCI/PCMH Managers and Staff and the Human Resources Manager of DMS for assistance with HR related issues.
•Completes purchase requisitions for supply orders.
