-Overhauled the entire facility maintenance managament by integrating a computerized maintenance management system including a preventive action plan, increased productivity and maximized the use of the operational budget for this 270 000 square feet facility.
-Successfully managed the refurbishement of a 410 seat auditorium and acquisition of over $300 000 of audio-visual equipment.
-Negotiated and administered numerous services contracts including food and custodial services, snow removal and landscaping.
-Integrated several collaboration tools that drastically improved productivity and communication.
