Head of Innovation / Training & Quality

I lead a team of 10 consultants. I am responsible for developing and implementing Catenon’s innovation strategy to meet current business needs and to anticipate future industry trends through projects such as:

OPERATIONS: Responsible for improving Catenon's operations by developing:
a) INTERNATIONAL HUB: A centralized operations hub based in Madrid, from where we execute most of Catenon's European processes.
b) WORKFLOW: A standardized working system, which includes reporting, advanced search strategies, new technologies and techniques to reach out to better candidates globally

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: Responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness through training & development to cultivate a high-performing, fast-delivering organization.

I created Catenon Academy, a centralized e-learning platform for all of Catenon’s employees around the Globe. The material developed is focused on eSourcing, Boolean Search, Social Media, eLeads, Candidate Experience...

I also created an Executive Program focused on the "Future of Recruitment" hand in hand with a top Business School in Spain.

QUALITY: I am the head of the quality department, with a particular focus on corrective actions, root cause analysis, documented procedures, statistical analysis, improvement initiatives and quality training at all levels of the organization.
