• Make and coordinate travel arrangements for employees and input information in Outlook calendars.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, conference calls, and phone interviews for the Vice President, Asset Management, and Human Capital teams.
• Assist with onboarding new employees.
• Internally and externally execute confidentiality agreements.
• Create, edit, and publish Quarterly Investment Reports using InDesign.
