At MSCG, I led the corporate university that equips employees with Agency Awareness, Industry Acumen, and Professional/Leadership Development. From new hires on day one through leaders with the company for years, I identifyed training needs and answered them by designing, developing, and facilitating sessions that are informative, actionable, and most proudly, full of engaging and fun activities.
