Designation: HR Executive - Leadership Hiring

>>Job responsibilities:
# Accountable for on-boarding Mid, Senior, and Executive level Leaders for “Operations" as well as "Business Development”
# End – End Recruitment life cycle management, i.e. right from raising “Manpower Requisition Form” till the candidate joining
# Identify the gaps in the “Recruitment” process and design solutions
# Manpower requirement analysis and management
# Prepare and publish weekly reports on “Recruitment” to assist vertical heads and COO
# Source expat “Sr. Business Development professionals” from regions like USA, EUROPE
# Assist the reporting head by managing vendor PO’s & Independent PO’s
# Closely coordinate with finance & MIS teams to ensure the reimbursements are paid to candidates on time
# Assist new joiners on the accommodation and relocation front
# Coordinate with HR Operations team in maintaining a smooth transition of all the HR activities such as on-boarding, joining formalities

# Maintaining Status of Pending Documents for employed hired at all levels.
# Aid during HR Audit and compliance.
# Single handedly managed upkeep of employee files - 500+ employees.
