N. American Regional Value Content Calculation of Model S; Closely worked with 300 Multinational Suppliers. Initiative aimed to recover $ millions with a recurring $ millions yearly saving. Liaised with Livingston Intl.

• Free Trade Agreements and Supply Chain Security
Duty recovery for purchased North American manufactured parts compliant with U.S. CBP. First of a kind implementation of FTA and C-TPAT automation on Internet Portal. Interfaced with PwC.

• Supply Chain Value Mapping
Value Mapped to disintegrate cost structure of tiered supply base, eliminate waste and improve pricing. Identified the cost impact of Non-Value add activities i.e. Freight, Packaging and Duty in Supply Chain.

• Improve Warehouse Space Utilization
Located obsolete parts and displaced them to redundant sites. Identified 7% of parts under utilizing space.Developed a dynamic storage system and reduced bin size to increase facility space.

• Implementation of Effective Warehousing to aid Kanban System
Proposed a new warehouse layout and devised a characteristic lean system to phase out on-hand inventory.Projected a savings of $4.6k/year and reduced commutation time within warehouse by 67%.
