Operations Management
• Responsible for team management and oversight of all elements of operations including: mentor recruiting, interviewing, matching, client delivery, surveying, and reporting
• Manage team of 4-7 with variable staff
• Execute against tight deadlines with priority on client satisfaction and process improvement

Account Management
• Responsible for supporting 50+ clients through all product lines
• Consult with clients, create proposals and SOWs for customized and turnkey products
• Responsible for growth within clients and quarterly program reporting

Sales
• Responsible for lead generation, managing web inquiries and opportunity management through all stages of the sales cycle
• Responsible for managing and segmenting sales prospects for targeted marketing efforts
• Create and maintain sales forecast

Technology
• SME for Salesforce.com platform migration from proprietary CRM to Salesforce.com integrated with Exact Target and Clicktools
• Utilize Salesforce.com administrative license for operational changes
