PhD student at the University of Alberta
I attended the second year of the MSc program Molecular medicine as an exchange student from Wageningen University. I conducted experiments for my MSc thesis, which was entitled: "Developing an in vitro model for FXTAS" in the lab of Clinical Genetics.
I was conducting experiments for my MSc thesis in the lab of Food Biotechnology. My thesis project was entitled: "Effect of phenolics on growth and physiological behavior of Saccharomyces cerevisiae X5 when cultivated on synthetic musts".
Analyzing wine samples and supervise the fermentation process during the harvest period of 2009.
During that time I was conducting experiments for my BSc thesis, which was entitled: "Determination and quantification of the total phenolics during beer production" in the lab of winemaking. At the same time I was working as a lab assistant in the same lab.
I did my internship for my BSc studies in Skouras winery during the harvest period of 2006.
