Receptionist & Hostess

I work 3-4 days a week as a receptionist at Williams Liverpool whilst I am completing my Masters Degree.
As a receptionist I am responsible for answering a large volume of calls throughout the day on our busy switchboard which include personal and corporate sales enquiries, service and body shop reservations & updates, and parts enquiries from a wide variety of customers and businesses alike. It is my responsibility to qualify the call in the first instance. I also log all sales enquiries and check that they have been entered into our system and adequate follow up procedures have been addressed by our sales executives.
As a hostess I greet customers as they come into the showroom and equally qualify their needs to put them in touch with whomever they need to speak to. I provide refreshments and make sure that the customers are comfortable during their visit to Williams.
It is also my duty to keep the showroom and mainly our new state of the art 'hub' clean and tidy and fully stocked ready for new customers.
I take great pleasure in taking care of customers and I feel that my role is imperative towards our outstanding customer satisfaction standards.
